Will attempt with Jack's and jackstands first though, but iv never done this before.
They are bolt on.

 

I have a graduation to go to Saturday morning. Depending on when your doing it I can lend a hand. Pretty sure you have my number, if not shoot me a pm.

Not sure the metal the cover plate fastens to is anything more than habit.

Morning everyone. Happy rainy yet again hump day eve.

Think I really need to build an arc.

 

As I'm reading this, the heat just kicked on in the house. It's colder than 64 in here. Looks like another year of going straight from heat to AC is coming.

 

My girls. (plus the baby boy...) Good for weed eating...

 

Yep. Mine kicked on too...Wife came home and said the town in Mass where she works had a total of 1" of snow predicted for this morning.

 

Is that fence merely a suggestion to them, or is it really tall enough? I've heard they jump quite high - like onto the hood of a truck...

 

That fence is portable electric netting. They grew up with it, and once they get whacked by it a couple times (Ask me how I know), they learn to stay away. As for the height, it's 54" tall, and if they REALLY wanted to, they could clear it.

Luckily, I've got the laziest goats that don't really try to escape. Plus, most animals that go near it are very aware that electricity is running through it. My guardian dog walked up to it ONCE and sniffed it, kind of caught the electricity in the air, and never really went near it again. The chickens on the other hand, are so breathtakingly stupid that even when they DO get shocked (they rarely do because of how insulated their feathers are), they just forget it and get shocked over and over again.

 

Sounds like some of my co-workers & 1 manager...

 

Nothing like being made to look like an idiot at work...

Told one thing, so I relay that, to in the end be "overturned" by some high up muckity muck who the "directive" came from, and not even be given the COURTESY to be copied on email exchanges about being "overturned". And, not the first time that this person (the muckity muck) has done that to me.

Really fucking fed up of the ass kissing, politicking, etc, that goes on.

Nuno - did you ever bring your truck to EVB for diagnosing your shakes?

 

Not yet. Haven't had a chance yet, but still planning on it just in case. Some feedback I've gotten is that it could also be a wheel and tire combo thing.

But we'll see.
