    'morning! This past Monday I filled up and got the highest MPG ever, 20.1mpg. Filled up again last night and beat that at 20.3mpg!

    I replaced the Engine air filter a few weeks ago (it wasn't past due but was up for a change). Have stock sized tires (Cooper AT3's with 55K miles on them). Had my Thule tray bike rack hitch mounted up during these tanks, and have Mobtown Offroad tailgate skin.

    Tracked since I bought the truck starting around 25,000 miles on it.

    I seem to be getting better mileage as time goes on as well. At 6700 miles I was at 18.1, 18.2. Now I'm at around 12500 miles and I'm getting 20.5 and one time even got 21. Maybe winter fuel additives play a factor as well...

    Winter fuel is a huge factor. It contains less energy per gallon. (among the varying fuel trims that the ECU will make)

    Comical that my 6.2 liter Camaro gets better gas mileage on the regular.

    I was reading some of the other mileage threads where everyone was bitching about their economy. I upgraded from a 2002 Taurus that got 16 MPG at the most. So I get 4 more MPG in the Tacoma, plus, you know, it's a truck. So for me it's a win all around...
