    Day 2 of leadership training tomorrow. It is a day out of the office so that’s a plus lol. Overall not a bad class. Finished my homework tonight it’s really based off common sense and logical thinking. I’ve beed blessed throughout my career in this business to be surrounded by these type of managers so it really just reinforcing what I’ve learned from them.

    If there’s any new or soon to be managers I would recommend this course to your boss man.

    Well I don’t think you actually swim. What I saw was people just standing in the water with them and the trainers feeding and petting. Might be worth asking about. No clue what the cost is tho. That alone could be a deal breaker lol

    Most all trailers I've ever seen come equipped with parking brakes. Usually in the form of a rock or thick branch:rolleyes:





    or is this a joke and it went runaway down a hill on the trip?:rofl:

    I WOULD mow mine, but one of the blade spindles decided to shear off, so I'm waiting on a properly threaded nut so I can put it all back together just in time for something else to break...

    I'm using an actual wheel chock on mine, Harbor Freight sale. But @Skierrichy did a lot more building on his trailer than I & might have thought to install a handbrake. :notsure: He actually kinda engineered his. :thumbsup:
