Thanks everyone for the welcome! Going all the way to Boston on Friday to pick up the truck. Almost a 3 hour drive but the deal was too good to pass up. Going to bring my daughter to the Science museum ... it’ll bring back some childhood memories.

Where are you located? I’m in Monroe but only been here about a year and a half. Lived in Milford for 10 and grew up near the MA border.

I'm in Brookfield and work in Danbury. You're right down the road.

 

Definitely gonna put some in. Just hoping for good alignment and the fronts clip in nice and tight to the cab. Seems to be the biggest issues.

I have had work done by Endangered Species and will be returning to have more work done in the near future. Solid shop for sure.

Guess I "bumped" into a nest of wasps in there somewhere, so did I not get stung once, not twice, not three, but four fucking times. FOUR FUCKING TIMES. One of the top of the head, one on the left arm, one on the right, and somehow one on my inner thigh.

WHAT THE FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My boss has already been to the ER 3 times this year, twice was from the same nest.

 

Fuck that shit! That's why worse than me. Right now I just have that annoying fire like throbbing pain where I got stung. I'm sure tomorrow the areas will be swollen, but definitely not allergic to the point that I need to go to the er.

 

Hey Richard! The work I had done there was no where as complicated as yours. I had a 2.5" front and 2" rear level lift as well as regular vehicle maintenance done. A month after the work was done a squeak developed in the front end and they took the truck back in several times until they found the problem (a simple spacer needed to be installed). I guess they should have known the spacer was required but stuck with me and solved the problem. I looked at it like this ... there are multiple makes and models and styles, and every truck is different. Every modification company makes different style products. I base my experience on how I was treated and the outcome of the modification. Had this been a general repair my expectations would have been different. I'm a novice and can only judge on my experience.

LOL! I should have. But if I tried to do that, I'd light the wood chips pile on fire, and that wouldn't be a good idea... The pile is kinda big.

Haha! I had 2 nests under my deck that I had to remove step treads to get to. They’re mean SOB’s! It took 8 cans of spray to finally kill them all.
