So I noticed on my way home from work tonight an unusual amount of New York plates. I saw enough to make me suspicious they were running.

Fast forward to after dinner, I open up LinkedIn and my first notification? New Yorkers bailing from the state. Mf!

Zero consideration for life in general. Self centered pricks!

 

Never underestimate the stupidity of the average person..have I ever told you about the time someone actually sneezed on me in college?

 

For real??? WOW! People have no manners whatsoever.

 

Yup..computer class, the desk was a table with 3 workstations. I'm on the left. Guy in the middle turns his head to the left (no covering the mouth, nothing) and sneezes. I glare at him for 5 seconds and he won't look at me. I stood up in the middle of class and unloaded the most intense trash can of 4 letter words and assorted oaths at him..something like "I was 3 and knew to cover my mouth when I sneeze, you're in your 3rd year of college..how fucking stupid are you!" at some point. Teacher had her back turned at first and I scared her first with the yelling and then with my foul mouth

For all of you who said its better to ask for forgiveness than permission, Ive got a story for you.

Flash back a couple months to last years toyota takeover at Rauch Creek. I was lucky enough to win a winch in a raffle. I instantly had plans for an aftermarket bumper but had a conversation with my wife about how I would "wait". Well I waited about a week, got a hefty buzz going at a work happy hour, and ended up calling in an order to relentless, with the thought being "better to ask for forgiveness".

A day went by and I still didn't tell my wife. I happened to be messing around on tacomaworld on my phone, and she was like watcha do on there? Scrolling around, she stumbled on a post where i was like "ooo just ordered a bumper". Needless to say, she wasn't happy at all. I can't tell you the last time she was that pissed. A day later she tells me were expecting our first child (she told me by giving me a newborn onesie with a toyota logo).

I immediately called relentless and they were cool enough to cancel the order all together and refund my deposit, since i let them know early enough.

So fast forward a bit. Our son was born last month. Apparently wife has been snooping around tacomaworld trying to figure out what bumper i ordered, and found the post. She emailed relentless to confirm what i was ordering, and ordered me what I wanted as a fathers day gift.

Speechless to begin with. But damn, i have the best wife in the world. I wont be playing that game of "easier to ask for forgiveness than permission" game anymore.

The entire time, I thought she was messing with me; like ill get you this.... just kidding.

 

I think that would qualify for "cruel and unusual punishment", if she was just yanking chain. In my humble opinion, that would be grounds for divorce.
