I don't like super shiny tires at all. So this just puts enough on there to make them look like they don't have 10k Miles on them.

There is a full service hand wash car wash near me and they use their products exclusively. I took my truck there and let them do the initial washing and drying and then I came home and went behind with the cleaner wax like I mentioned.

Convert was converted(ha ha) back to TOMB by the moderator because i was having issues with my email from others members here and other sites i frequent.
I created / updated my profile here and the moderator contacted me and converted me back to TOMB.
Didn't even need to go to church for the conversion.

I really like that Arrest me Red color on your truck.

I had a truck with a similar red color.

The second ticket cost me $398.00.

Its real easy for the cops to spot a red vehicle on the highway when mixed in with other vehicles with more neutral colors.

My next truck was Black.

I enjoy the color too. I like having a color that I don't see much of on the road. They only made Barcelona red for a few years on the 2nd gen and I don't see many up while driving around.

Just don't give them a reason to pull you over... Or just use Waze lol.

 

Hmmm, mine was in 2012 and so far so good. BUT mine isn't attached to the house, stand alone type thing so perhaps that's part of it. Generally speaking since I get right out of the pool onto the deck it's not bad to eliminate the risk of splinters on the deck ther.

Finishing up the porch. Bought the correct wood, not putting it in place and screwing it in.

I had a deck like yours when I lived in NC, I didn't even think about the board flip!! I just power washed and painted the thing. It might not have been perfect, but it worked for me

Well a day mostly done. ran sundry errands, Taco down for the muffler so did an Italian tuneup on the Tundra. Better. Managed to add 219.3 miles & drop the tank by more than 1/2. Good thing gas is cheap. Too bad grocery stores close at 6. Maybe food next weekend.

Need just a handful of screws now to lock in all the the new pcs of wood that we had to buy.

Already found the stuff I need to power wash it before getting painted. Either tomorrow or Tuesday I'll make a super quick run to Lowe's to get what I need, and then ready for the next step; power wash it.

Not very good pics, but you can see what we did. We left all of the railings since those were ok. We only flipped the floorboards. And you can see the rows of new wood that we had to completely replace. We did those on the end since we were flipping and sliding/throwing out what was bad, as we went along.

 

That's not a porch! That's a deck. Okay, now I get it. Brilliant. Going to have to suggest this to a buddy.

 

Porch, deck, it's all the same shit to me.
