    I have a TENs unit and a heating pad that have been helping. Combined with muscle relaxer, steroid pack to decrease inflammation, and prescription strength ibuprofen it seems to be getting a bit better. I have stretching exercises that the physical therapist suggested once I get a bit better.

    What lifts are you looking to do have you picked out your components and who you're ordering it from??

    Is this going to be a DIY project??

    If so I would love to be involved to help out with the installation if needed as I am in the final stages of ordering my own lift as well

    Made some progress with the bumper. Last coats went on this weekend and its been baking in the sun the past couple days. Brought it into the basement after work. Installed the fogs and winch this evening. I will finally be ordering the new suspension this week or next, and am brainstorming my moves with the winch control harness. End goal would be to get it mounted cleanly in the engine bay.

    I cannot recommend memory foam enough, at least the contoured pillows. Plus a good chiropractor.

    Giving up on my projects. dropping the Taco off at a new mechanic Wed. to have the muffler & receiver hitch installed.
    Feel silly contracting 2 bolt on projects, but it just needs to be done. hope this new mechanic works out.
