That's in Cockaponsett right? I've been up there a few times. The first was fun, did a small trail with 2 Jeeps I met. The second time a beaver cut down a tree that was in the way and I didn't have a saw or anything. There's also some more windy trails but I was alone and without a map so I didn't go far. The trails keep getting blocked though, I'm semi sure it's not quite legal to be in the woods. Hit me up if you want to explore again!

 

Did a name change, for privacy sake; getting my actual name out of my username on an online forum... Clearly my name game isnt strong but its better than before so Ill take it.

 

Does this mean anyone using your name on fake ID should get rid of it...asking for a friend

My shortened name is common enough i can hide in it, my full name has a weird spelling that is pretty much unique to me that I don't use all too often. I'm basically a ghost in searches for better or worse lmao

 

Lol thats nice. My last name isnt too common. Figured I would be more cautious on this, to protect me and my fam. Never knew with all the crazies out there.

Ive got nothing to hide aside from looking to protect my fam. I tend to think that my character would speak for itself and I think those that know me well enough would agree.

Other than some light hearted trolling on here, I try to be a good egg. You just never know when that light hearted trolling will set off the wrong crazy.

 

Got around to changing the transfer case fluid. Broke loose the fill bolt on the front diff, but the drain plug wouldn’t budge. Hit it with pb, and will give it another go tomorrow.

 

i'm also planning in changing all the fluids in the truck soon, since it didn't have any maintenance history when a bought it, things are looking a little rusty down there im afraid some of the bolts are really stuck

 

Stock up on some penetrating fluid. And beer.

Also look at fluid film or woolwax undercoating to keep everything underneath away from the salt and brine.

The rear diff and transfer case were easy to do, but it was serviced 20k ago. Hoping the pb helps with the front diff drain bolt. Im also going to jack it up for extra clearance because there wasnt much room for me under there. At least just to break it loose.

 

Been meaning to do my front diff fluid, i have the factory plug that stripped out on me and I've been dreading it. Already have the Lexus plug i just have to man up and do it

 

thats a 35 bucks plug right?
