    Did you check for Gremlins?
To be honest I can't diagnose anything unless I'm actually there to observe.

    Wait what?!
So if you're frame has a hole then you wont get a new frame...
This makes no sense to me, but to be honest I'm literally done dealing with Toyota they suck at there job...
    Want proof? Here ya goKIMG2274.jpg
Yes that is my aluminum wheel spacer that they bashed the everliving shit out of with a metal hammer.
So I can completely understand a new tech or even a tech that's got years under his belt hitting it ONE FUCKING TIME.
Then the dumbass should have said oh shit I just fucked this up maybe I should stop.
    But nooooo...
Let's keep hitting it and do the same thing to the other side.
If Toyota techs don't have the common sense to stop after first hit, or even to realize that they should maybe spray with some penetrating fluid and use a fucking dead blow or even a block of wood...
Then they no longer are authorized to do any work on my truck whatsoever.
This by the way is the 3rd dealership iv been through in CT, I'm done.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention the fact that when you hit aluminum like that you send minor fractures through the aluminum.
So at any point while I drive my wheels can potentially fall off.
They let me leave like that and put my life along with everyone else's life in danger that was around on my way home

Ya no what screw it let me bash Toyota some more...
I also asked them to fix my break pedal going to the floor, they didn't.
I asked them to take pictures of my messed up wheel bearing which I have a feeling they did on account they told me it was leaking.
I don't have any stains on my driveway and it doesn't move.
Here is a picture of there fucking work order.
    KIMG2272.jpg
They had my truck for an entire week.
I told them like always, if you have problems, concerns, or questions to call me and I will walk you through it.
    Their communication sucks ass too.
I sent email no response, call a couple days later they said didn't get my email, I forward the same email and all of a sudden they get it.
Like I said Toyota sucks ass.
Sad part is I spend way more than the average folk, you'd think I'd get top notch service.

So basically if you like your truck, I'd bring it to someone that actually cares and does their job.
I already know the rule if you want something done right do it yourself, but alas I have no time and it pisses me off a bit because I have fun working on my rig.

I mean come on, their work order says what to do for the brakes and the pictures and they didn't do it.
So I basically brought it in for them to break it.
    1 more time...

I also forgot to mention that Toyotas Spray that they put on the frames for warranty protection is WATER BASED!!!!
    WTF?!
    WATER BASED?!
This makes so much sense, so when it rains it's off.
    And AND...
Once they treat your frame that's it, if your frame fails after that your fucked, no warranty claim.

Once I have a day to go down there I'm having serious words, it's not even about the money...
The only good to come of this whole scenario is they are buying my new wheel spacers.
But that shouldn't have happened in the first place.
They literally had the balls to ask me if I wanted them to put them on...
I laughed then hung up the phone.
