Removed,cleaned,anti seeze the 6 bed hold down bolts.
Some had some corrosion but all were tight and needed a breaker bar to remove.
Just some preventative maintenance before the colder weather arrives.

Co-worker called out sick today, so let the of emails begin.

 

I think your co-worker doesn't like their job either, they seem to not be there as much as possible.

 

Found out last week, I have 1 more week of vacation left I didn't realize. Plus 4 or 6 days of personal. Need to use before Thanksgiving. … and a free ticket to FL, & a house to use in FL. Fall chores or freeish trip to FL???? Guess I'll be smiling at work today as I figure out what to do?

Naw... he's actually a "company man". Always here bright and early, and even gets here before I do... and I usually get here by 7:35 - 7:40. He usually saves up his vacation time for Thanksgiving and Christmas + New Year because he has family in FL. Only takes days off here and there when he has doctor appointments, or something like that going on which isn't too too often.

 

That's awesome! But I have to admit, looking at all that work I'm glad I don't have a fireplace or wood stove. LOL

 

It's only 10:35am, and I already have a total of 67 inbound emails, and probably double of that outbound.

Yep... that's how it usually rolls when my team is two is down to just one.

 

I've been doing it ever since I was 8 years old. I'm not sick of it yet but there will be a day.

Anyone know anybody with an 07-19 5.7L Tundra that may be interested in a custom bolt in cat back exhaust. Its 2 in and single out. Made by dirty deeds BAmuffler in California. Custom stainless steel, less that a year old. Sounds awesome (a little too loud for me) and has dyno'd to show 5hp and 9ftlb gains, the Toyota trd pro duals dyno to actually show loss of torque.
I'm looking to get something from the same place but a bit quieter. This system is about the same noise level as the trd duals but has zero drone due to a custom resonator. All bolt on.

If he wondering what it is, it's a dirty deeds BAmuffler 6" stainless. Its bolts on and uses stock tailpipe ot it can be dumped after mufflers. I have the resonator for it which ties into stock tailpipe to quiet it down a bit. All bolt on. Less than a year old, was $899 + shipping. But I'll work a deal.
