Was in the Tundra today & filled the tank since I was @ BJ's killing time. Only down 1/4 tank since I plated the truck, 60 miles - so not a fair test. But... for my first 60 miles my quick math says it's giving me 11MPG. In contrast, 2 Christmas Toys4Tots & mudding drive ago I took the Tacoma to NE CT/RI for the fun & tracked it's MPG as it was new to me then. IIRC the Tacoma returned 22MPG on that trip. So BIG point to the Tacoma WRT MPG.
Still figuring them out. Driving up a hill like it's flat land is a nice Tundra feature.

    Happy Saturday all!
    Good Luck @surfandturf

Insurance should cover most of the new bumper:thumbsup:
Why couldn't that have happened to me before I bought bumpers:rofl:

    Just ranting to vent...

My Monday (which is today...yes, I get two Mondays a week...) started with being woken up, mind you after only sleeping 3 hours, to the sounds of my wife asking me to bring paper towels upstairs. After inquiring minds asked, it's because the dog vomited... everywhere. Now lets add that I was only able to sleep 3 measly hours because he had to go outside very few hours to vomit...from his asshole. The times I was able to close my eyes I was awoken by him jumping off the bed to scratch his terribly itchy skin in which we tried to help him with and use coconut oil the other night..which lead to the vomiting from said asshole. The actual vomiting has yet to be determined...

Let's fast forward to it being time to go to work, I rush out the door after making my lunch. I head out to Starbucks (fuck Dunkin Blownuts) and order my coffee... I walk out the back door and splash goes the coffee all over the ground... Fanfuckingtastic. So then, I go back in, get a new coffee and head to work. While walking into work, I drop my lunch... I have no clue if the food is still good or if it spilled or anything at all... Great start to a Monday with only 20 minutes into shift.

    /endrant

    How are you all?

Not thinking it's anything besides the fact he licked a decent amount of coconut oil which can be a laxative. If his stool fails to harden up by Monday, we'll be making an appointment unfortunately... I'm praying there will be no messes when I get home.

Good morning ct, seems like there’s a lot going on today.

Well, first and foremost, thank you for your service to our country TOMB. We live in a great country, and we wouldn’t have the things we have without the sacrifices vets like you make. :oldglory: So thank you! Second, my wife has been making a case for this for about 5 years; it took about 1 day for my Tw friends to convince me. I’ll be going to the doctor next week for a referral. Thanks guys.

Damn, sorry man. I know what it’s like. I was in a dunkin two summers ago (don’t tell hallux) and some lady backed into me. She was nice enough to approach me and provide her info, but I didn’t pursue.. I want a hc bumper eventually so I just let it go. Still no hc bumper, but the dent hasn’t gone anywhere.

Tough start to the day no doubt. I hope your dog feels better and your day greatly improves, and that you get some rest tonight. Good luck!

I'll let it slide... this time!

Thanks for the wishes... I always feel terrible for my dog because it's tough for him to tell us exactly what's wrong.

I like the idea that you might get a new rear bumper,
but the process your going through , not so much.

I definitely don't see this covering the full cost of an HC bumper, but it'll definitely help out! I was debating going HC, but I didn't want to deal with the lead times

I betcha it does. I estimate I need $1200 for Billy's rear hc bumper with standard features, shipping and powder coat.
