Yep, it's a Macbook Pro. Love using it but hate the price tag that comes along with repairs. I bought it used off a friend for about 1/3 of its original price so at least I didn't spend big dollars on the initial purchase.

 

Our IT department replaced the keyboard, and now it works.

 

I'm old fashion.
I'm my IT Dept. And the pencil and paper works every time.
I guess I just dated myself.

Speaking of IT - I've been getting locked out of my work laptop randomly. Call IT each time and they unlock it for me and assign a new ticket. Or if I wait a half hour it lets me logon again. In anycase, there are now 6 IT tickets and after the last one they said they've checked the logs and can't find any record of my account being locked. They asked for a specific time and date that they can check the history. Ahh maybe everytime I called IT in the past two weeks (7 times). My god, do they even read the notes they make on the help tickets.

Last time I called, the tech unlocked me and then said next time it happens they want to see the error message. I told them if I can't log on to windows, I can't give permission for remote control, therefore they will never be able to see the error message. I read it to them but I guess they don't believe me. They still can't comprehend how they won't be able to see the error message unless they are physically standing next to me. It's no wonder they can't figure out why this is happening let alone how to fix it.

 

Any trail rides coming up? Finally working again and can afford extra gas



Do need to replace lca bushings soon tho

For the 3rd gen owners: Anyone interested in an ECT Always On Module? Meso isn't making them anymore, and my buddy was nice enough to whip this up:
It does the exact same thing as Meso's, with the exception of being able to turn it off completely with a long press. That can be changed, and it can come with factory plugs so it's plug and play as well.

Any interest?

I'm keeping an eye out for hopefully a set of the TRD 17" Sema wheels in black, local or fairly local, for cheap... likely have to be without tires, which would be ideal since I would take my winter tires and slap them on there.

Just throwing it out there... No, I don't want to buy them new and pay to have them shipped. I would rather "help" a TW member by giving him or her the money if they are looking to sell theirs.
