Been browsing for several days...man there's a lot of info on this site. Name's David. Just got(3 days ago) a 2015 TRD Off Road...Magnetic Gray. It has a whoppin' 73 miles on it now. This seems to be THE place to find/get Tacoma info...and I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions. OK so that's all for now. David

Thanks Ron. Got more time now that I'm not at work. I traded in my Mustang and bought the Tacoma for a daily driver and don't really plan on doing much in the way of mods for a while. Mustang was fun, but fairly useless for anything other than transportation. Mustangs really suck on nasty winter roads. Not new to off-roading, but can't see taking the shiny new truck out in the sticks while it still has that new car smell. I'm sure it'll happen eventually. Had an old Isuzu Trooper that I beat the hell out of for 10+ years. Flat tires was about the only trouble I ever had with that thing. I had the rear welded, ARB in the front, 33" M/T tires, rock sliders, custom fabbed rear bumper, and as much lift as I could get out of IFS. It would go anywhere that it had ground clearance. We have had all sorts of other toys from boats to racecars(still have) and just about everything in between. Old enough now that I really don't enjoy working on stuff like I used to. Hopefully the new truck will be reliable for years to come. Couple pics....Mustang and Trooper....

Edit... Another Trooper pic I found...
