Got lots of tiny hairline scratches in my paint, prob from lots of trips through the car wash. What would you recommend to take care of them?

    Use that. Good stuff.

I usually leave it soaking for about 1 minute when wheels are super encrusted with brake dust and what not. Works like a charm.

This stuff works! Brake dust easily comes off when normal water and soap can't. I love this stuff!

I have very small specks all over my windsheild that do not come off. I have tried two different glass cleaners and even scratching with my finger nail and they do not budge. Not sure what it is (only had the truck a few weeks). I only see it when the sun shines on it.

    Any ideas?

Unless its some kind of sap or overspray try a clay bar. If not those are pit marks and chips from sand/small rocks from driving down the freeway. Kinda like sand blasted if you want to think of it that way. They cant be fixed, only with windshield replacement.

I had thought about trying the clay. Have not done that yet with my truck so I don't have one yet. Will give it a shot.

The front bumper seems to have a lot of nicks so I suspect you may be right about the chips.

Steel wool on the windshield just be easy with it. and if you have a Chrome tail pipe thing and that has some rust on it steel wool will take it off. Just make sure and use a fine steel wool and lubricate it with window cleaner for both applications. Sw is not however recommended for Chrome wheels. Let me know if this does the trick.

it won't hurt your glass fine steel wool removes all over spray and does not hark anything period. our business had an account with trump casino in ac due to them having their building painted they got cement paint on over 300 cars it took us 4 full months to complete the job. i think i know a thing or two about removing impurity's from glass or paint for that matter. we also ran multiple accounts at various new car dealerships such as bently, lamborghini , aston martin. our recon business has been going strong for about 25 years my step father owned it i was there from the start haha child labor is a bitch.

or your other option is waste time using a product designed for paint like clay. or just drive around with caca on your windshield.
