My 940 needed a new friend. Had to get the 940-1 with Carbon Fiber.

 

Sometime ago, I picked up a Spartan Blades SHF. Last night, I ordered another but in black. Such nice knives.

 

I also have the 940 as my EDC and love it. That was my 1st BM and since then I've purchased a Mini Griptillion. Sometimes I carry a Spyderco Tenacious depending on the situation. I've carried a knife daily since I was 16 or so. I have CaseXX, Buck, Old Timer, CRKT, Spyderco, Kershaw, and others and the Benchmade are my favorite.

 

Went to the spyderco factory in Golden to get a replacement clip for my dragonfly 2. Clip somehow turned into a tenacious. Lucky I made it out of there with one of their cheaper knives...very tempting place. Got the clip thrown in for free though

 

I'm not a fan of having "collections". But it sure does look like I have a knife problem.

 

I like the first one to the far left as you look at the pic...its my EDC...It holds an edge good. Ive used it by far the most to gut deer, elk, bear. And other stuff I probably shouldnt cut with it.

 

The Kershaw Cryo? Great little knife.

 

Bit bored and needed to dust the camera off, so decided to do a few knife glamour shots? .

 

I still can't get over this little Spyderco Techno. Had buyers remorse after buying it and even filled out the return paperwork to send it back. But I can't seem keep it out of my EDC. Everything from the fit and finish, fun to open, usefulness, and just plain awesome. Yes $200 for a knife is pretty stupid. But if you're someone like me who is on the fence about buying the Techno... just do it.

I have a pretty decent collection of knives as I posted earlier. But out of all of them this one gets the most interest from other people whenever I get it out to use it. Also it's not as scary as my PM2 or Manix if I need to take it out in public.

 

So I get a new product notification from CRKT and I'm thinking - wow, Snoop Dogg is designing knives.

Dad gave me this one. Anybody know what brand it is? Its 8.75'' open and 5'' closed. Has a really nice weight and holds an edge good.
