My most used and favorite knives of the collection. The Civilian used to be my EDC but it's so damn big, but it could saw a man in half. The BK2 stays in the truck. The Condor goes camping. The Helles are my backpacking knives (when I carry more than just a small multi-tool). The Mandra is the only one that hasn't been used for anything yet.

Top:

1. Condor Primitive Bush Knife (Matt Graham edition) with included leather sheath

Left:

1. Kabar BK2 with dyed micarta scales and Tek-Lok on included sheath
2. Spyderco Civilian (I call it "the intimidator")
3. Spyderco Harpy
4. Willamette custom short Damascus bushcrafter with included leather sheath

Right:

1. Helle Fossekallen with original leather sheath and homemade thin Kydex sheath for neckwear
2. Helle Mandra with original leather sheath (will also be making a Kydex neck sheath for this one)

CA legal? I thought auto was banned. Assisted is legal tho (except LE).

 

Under 2" autos are legal in California

 

This thing is one of my most expensive knives too lol S35VN steel and the action on this little knife if RIDICULOUSLY strong. Wish I could post a video of it here.

NY legal auto reads as follow as long as your a field hunting, fishing, or camping you can carry a auto knife

Wait so cops can't have assisted open knives, but everyone else can?

 

LE and military can have auto or assisted.

 

These are something I did a few years ago for a thread on knives, lights and watches. The knife behind the watch in the first photo and the second from the bottom in the second photo was a Spyderco Delica I’ve carried for about 9 years. Unfortunately, I lost it for good last week. New one already ordered.

 

I have a paramilitary 2 on order right now. Should be here any minute now.

 

Saw these little baby spiders on my deck rail and took a photo of them thru the Spyderco Hole on my Delica.

 

I’d like to have one of those, but they are almost double the cost of any folders I have.

 

I feel you on that. I got some gift cards and cash for Christmas and used it to buy it. I don't spend that much on knives usually but it seemed like the perfect opportunity to pick up something I'd never buy for myself
