Thinking about picking up the Benchmade Bushcrafter. I’m hoping to boat up some jungle river, camping and fishing with some locals.

Figured a stainless knife would be a good thing. This is the only one that my REI dividends can help, with. :)

I fly a helicopter in support of outback buffalo safaris in the Northern Territory, Australia. I am also qualified as a professional guide by the Au Gov. I carry gerbers for pocket knives, have two gerber strap cutters in the seat pockets and one in my flight vest. For skinning water buff, sambar and fallow deer, and anything else I use only Puma brand knives, and for processing game I use a victorinox butchers roll. To keep them sharp I have a medium diamond steel and a fine regular steel. Those are pretty much the only brands I will spend my money on. There may be better out there, hell I dunno

Excellent choices for everyday carry. All 3 (Gerber, Puma, Victorinox) fall in my top 5 list. Not stupid expensive but great quality to be put to work.
