Why not ? If you don’t want to lose the hard to replace screws and clip, why not seal the deal. No reason to keep taking it off

A teeny dab of blue loctite will keep all your knife screws in place! Go with Wiha, Wera or Bondhus, probably the best micro tools you can buy.

A little bit, goes a long way with loctite. A lot of folks put too much...

Size T6 through T20 should cover all of your knife needs as well.

That was the plan, my pocket clips stay on permanently unless I have to re-bend the Clip for tension, but that’s only happened once in 20 knives.

I bought and used one of these when they came out years ago. I regrettably ended up selling it. I scored another one and am happy to have another one in hand. The Military is one of my favorite Spyderco platforms.

No sandpaper, that's a brand new knife! s90v has lots of vanadium carbides in it, hence the shiny, striated, scratch pattern you see. Different steels have different alloy contents and can look different after you grind them.

I suppose if you're careful and use a very small amount of purple or green, maybe. But those screws are pretty small and the tendency is to put more than enough on the screw. Blue and red are the two most common Loctites in toolboxes-and as I've said, not really something for such a small screw.

Honestly, I've never had issues with pocket clips except to bend them-only 1 of them had any thread lock and that screw broke trying to get it out.

I got my Wiha T5-T10 bits in the mail today, pulled the Clío screws out and dabbed nail polish on them and then torqued them, and then on a whim checked the main blade screw and found it was slightly loose, tightened it up and we’ll see if it needs lock tite or nail polish on it.

    CRKT freebie for Vertx Tactical
    Boker Kalashnikov Auto
    Boker Strike Auto

I stripped the CRKT for pocket carry. Kalashnikov will go in the CamelBack for biking/hiking. Strike will go in the camping box for kitchen slicing and fire starting.

I really missed a Manix Lightweight I gave to a buddy for his birthday... but the action on this one is more to my liking. I also find I like this action better than autos or assists.
