All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
I think you need to do photog for a knife mag ;)

Been playing with acid etching. Ferric chloride. Not very good at it yet but I kind of like it.

I bought an old car a few days ago when I was checking the spare tire I found this. I’ve always wanted a Buck 110. I only gave $500 for the car so this made it an even better deal.

My Dad gave me the same one when I was 6 or 7. If you take some never dull and some elbow grease those brass caps on the end will shine up really nice or you can leave it like you have it. Either way great knife .

Yes. I’ve already considered that. The next time I do a trigger job I’ll do the 110 too. I’m a polishing fool.B01ECC78-098B-4785-BD57-1908FF4C0547.jpg

Love my Para3 action too, I'm sure its much the same as your PM. Once you get used to the lock position its great. Eclipsed my love of liner locks even.

I enjoy the un-blockified Esee handle scales. Quality upgrade Esee. My Esee 4 is the old style. I still like it well enough mind you. My favorite camp/pack knife is my TOPS BOB.

In the process of switching my axe kit fully to gransfors. My main John neeman came unhung doing incredibly light weight work. Have heard from others of similar experience. Pretty axe, completely impractical for real work.

Gransfors makes an excellent quality axe! I've owned their Small Forest Axe and Scandinavian Axe at one time. Now I just bring a large chopper and folding saw. Harvests twice as much wood more efficiently, and much safer as well.

Well now...my full truck kit is...

    2x 24-25" forest axes
    GB small forest axe
    Hatchet
    2x kukri/machetes
    GB splitting axe
    Silky pocket boy
    Silky big boy
    Silky katana boy

    I won't list knives :D

Probably the only things I'd reduce are the hatchet and second 24". Wish I could fit a chainsaw somewhere in the truck but the silky trifecta works well enough for small stuff.
