This is what it looks like now. I put the Grivory handles back on, and relegated it to kitchen duty.

Esee AGK, came in over the weekend. Was hoping to get it dirty but the weather keep the deer down.

Huh, I've missed this thread before. I have a few.

Hand made Puukko in curly birch with an ox leather sheath made by the maker's wife.

"Hurrican" pattern knife by the same maker. Sycamore Stab wood
    [IMG]

Benchmade 162 with a custom Kydex sheath
    [IMG]

Little misfit knife I won from a giveaway on another forum.

"Aurochs" pattern knife with hand made sheath from the same maker as the top two. Glow in the dark liners.

    Couple SOGs
    [IMG]

Buck 112 given to me on my 3rd birthday by my grandfather
    [IMG]

Condor small axe, Kershaw folder, and the classic Mora Companion HD
    [IMG]

The vinegar patina I forced on the blade of my companion
    [IMG]

Becker BK2 that gave me an ouch
    [IMG]

I've got a couple dozen more knives, but I just saw the thread and these were pics I had on hand on imgur.

Just like my gun safe, my knife collection is one of those "I prefer not to think about the value" and just enjoy it.

Between them both, I could probably have a nice down payment on a beach house lol

    People finance knives???? lol

At any rate they're TOOLS NOT TOYS :D Each and every one of them is a necessary TOOL. Right guys? All necessary, and each have their specific use, right? No excess here. Move along :anonymous:

I'm speaking in general terms and while knives are tools, when you're a collector, they might be tools but more than a couple makes them mostly "want", not "need", right?

I try not to think what I have into knives-mostly folders and fixed blades but some other stuff as well. But it's a lot.
