My local gun store posted online that they got 3 mini bugout BKs in this week. Had to get me one. Pretty cool they are a first production run 80C5B0D9-0B86-4FD0-B3DC-B0F050DEB296.jpg

I'm thinking about getting my first Benchmade. I'd like a small, folding “assist opening” or "auto" knife. Any suggestions ?

First, check your state laws regarding auto knives. Remember to that assisted opening is not auto.

Lots of awesome autos if you go that route. I wouldn't limit myself to benchmade

My first was a Griptilian. In hindsight I wish I had known about the classic 940 Osborne. Either way get ready for the butterfly tax and addiction.

No, I got my pm2. The ones that didn't got email several days in advance with option to buy lil native. Then they started doing small drops as not to over sell again. Sign up for email notifications on lil Native. Unannounced random drops.

Just picked up a Ka-Bar Dozier Hunter in D2. Not bad for $40 delivered.

Finding factory bevels to be pretty inconsistent while sharpening a lot of my knives. Gonna have to order the coarse stones to fix em up.

I’ve got no experience with the autos or assists from Benchmade, but the CLA is really appealing to me for an auto.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!

nice pics, good looking set there.
