    new member here folks!

please don't hate me here because i currently drive and loving my 01 Ford F150 supercrew with 88K miles on it (no headaches at all).

i've been lurking in this forum for a while now as a guest and i must say i enjoy all the talks, threads, and sharing going around. this is such a great site thanks to all members here.

sooner or later, i might get myself a new truck and my 2 choices would be an f150 upgrade or a 2nd gen Tacoma. i am considering a downsize only because of my lifestyle and how i will be using the truck. so for now i am still doing my homework of researching and all that before i commit to buying.

all in all i am happy to be part of this forum and hopefully ill pick up a thing or two to just get a tacoma.

    cheers!

    Welcome to TW.

I'm still driving my '97 F-150 (great truck but getting long in the tooth) while waiting for my Tacoma to come in. Had an 06 F-150 (not so good) that I just turned in at the lease end, so know all about driving Fords. I did the same thing when I was considering buying a Tacoma, I started visiting this site just to see how pleased people are with the Tacomas. The forums finally sold me on the Tacoma.

Welcome to TW, I have an 06 DC and I love it, I also have an 07 f-150 for a company vehicle, and it is a nice truck, good fuel mileage, functions well, I run the hell out of it and it just takes it, I have to admit, either way and you probably wouldn't be disappointed.
