    ...too much shit to list.
Yes...horsepower...as in a measure of power (watts)...as in the thing that combustion of fuel generates. Nothing is free when it comes to thermodynamics. You have to look at the entire system, not just the output.

More overcomplication. As I'm able to spend time on the install, I'll document and probably do pics.

^ This. You are ignoring the Law of Conservation. You can't use energy to make energy.

You are basically making a continuous NOS setup except you are injecting H2 and O2 vice NO2 and you are using the engines energy to synthesize the H20. You are also injecting such a small amount of gas that it consists of less than 2% of the total intake air flow... Unless you are injecting liquid uranium, that's not going to make much of a difference. Just get some NO2 and call it a day.

Subed. I played wit this a while back out of curiosity. Realized that electronics pulsing the electrodes was the way to go. Knowing I suck at electronics I lost interest. I googled the 100mpg carburetor not long ago and that was an interesting read.

If need be ignore the hatters and they will eventually leave. Good luck.

i will say that i played around with a very basic set up and i did see a 10% increase (up to a touch over 24) from time to time, but i had several issues with leaks since i made my housing out of pvc. i would like to one in a 4"x4" electrical crossover box (the gray plastic ones that are made for out door use so they seal up well) and use stainless steel light switch covers as plates.

Won't hold-up. Plus that's a "wet cell", very inefficient. And you need 316L stainless to prevent corrosion. Look into "dry cell" technology.

ive seen a lot on dry cell stuff but cant justify the money to build one right. what wont hold up? the plates? what are u using as elctrolytes?

hey, OP...you may want to read the site rules/COC before continuing to post.

and that goes for others deciding to post their political commentary.

im no engineer, but I'm a senior chemistry student

can you explain your setup? I've looked into electrolysis and have done some myself, but I've never seen a way to make it a viable fuel option

Call it what you will. It's perceived as political.

Good thinkin'. A lot of the dry cells being sold aren't built right either. If money is tight, it's good to study a lot and learn from others' mistakes. At this point, the plates must be 316L stainless and FLAT. This means water or at least laser cut. Spacing, 1/16" Electrolyte, Potassium Hydroxide, 4 oz. per gallon of Steam Distilled water, to start.

It's easier and quicker for you to go to a site such as "FuelSaver-MPG Inc. They have free info and are pretty much on the ball.

Wouldn't a simple water or propane injection unit give basically the same results, or pretty close for a fraction of the cost?

Engine scientists could easily inject a "Brown's Gas" into any engine on a dyno to pretty quickly see if this "catalyst effect" or "The proper amount (and it's not much) into the intake simply makes your fuel burn more efficiently" as you claim.

Yet no engine labs have found this to be the case, because current engine technology already burns the air/fuel really efficiently.

A tiny amount of Brown's Gas simply can't change the engine to be happy with a super lean burn, which is what must happen.

I've gotten 38 mpg from my Tacoma with simply increased tire air pressure, and driving technique, and I can explain how.

Can you explain how hho will increase the fuel burning efficiency to allow extremely lean conditions under power?
