It's was raining really bad today, so I wasn't in the mood to walk around exploring. I was also craving some French toast, so I did what any self respecting adventure junkie would do. I went hunting for the perfect French toast.

The toast was delicious, FYI, the French call French toast, country style toast. And they have never heard of "French vanilla".

I also went to Belgium and had some amazing waffles!!

I'm on my way to Luxenburg to spend the weekend.

 

Love the truck. makes me appreciate my long box so much more. Where do you come from, did you build your truck and ship it over sea ? I never did see the original link on how all this started

Thick oatmeal like mud through trails that seem to have been cut by some army on the March, because they were. I wonder if those Soldiers of WWII ever imagined that an American and his Dutch, Russian and German friends would some day be romping through here in an American made Japanese truck, and that we would be having the time of our lives.

Fording small rivers was made interesting by the terrain. No one got stuck and we all made controlled entry and exists from the banks. This was one of the many water crossing this day.

I'm in Germany, mapping out some bicycle Routes for spring. I'll have some cool taco pics for you guys soon. Right now it's all about getting this route done. I'm going to pedal from castle Frankenstein in Frankfurt Germany, to the Swiss Alps in a few months, so that has been eating up my time and focus. I need to finish while the weather is good.

Amazing thread, that drives a persons curiosity through the roof. I noticed the first post almost 18 months ago alluded to a write-up coming soon, but so far just tidbits of travel. I'm following on IG, but still am curious to the big picture. With the build and the trip, this is a million dollar expedition.
