    ...proud owner of a brand new Tacoma TRD PRO.
    I’m married to the best wife can one can have. She gave me this truck, after watching me lurking at YouTube videos, reading on the forum, comparing specs between different trucks, different brands, and talking about trucks whenever there was an opportunity. She must love me a lot, as this truck is just for pleasure, and I already have a few toys: my Mustang GT, which I sometimes use at track days (last time was at Laguna Seca in the pouring rain, but still a lot of fun).
    I’ll be selling my other toy: a 1969 Ford F100. It’s just too much work to get it into the condition I want it to be. It doesn’t leave time to actually use the toys.

    We’ve been talking about going camping in Utah and Arizona, and we’ll be using this truck to get there.

    Thanks for the warm welcome you guys!

    I’ll soon be starting with my first mod on this truck: I purchased the Anytime Backup and Front Camera kit, including the switch.

    My truck came equipped with the glass break detector, which takes up the blank switch position next to the switches for the 110V, auto high beam, and the bed light switch. There are no blank switch positions in this truck ... I’m thinking I’ll have to become creative with the little cubby above those switches. Any suggestions?

    TW is bad for my credit card... I have just also ordered a tailgate anti theft lock. Now the wait it for all the goodies to arrive, and see what technically will be the first mod.
