Hickory Leather Interior

I like the brown, but I don't know how it will look with the rest of the interior. For that reason I went with boring black.

Don't hate me but I could never see me in an Army Green Tacoma but if YOU like it who's to say it's wrong. That out of the way, I personally would stay away from browns/tans with greens. I'd go black or dark gray. Of course see my first comment to see if you put any credence to this.

$1800 with install and heaters. Pricey- but worth it.

 

Maybe have the sides in black leather?

 

I'm with you...the only thing I do not like about my truck is the black/grey interior...I HATE the color black. Overall the truck is great and to me color is almost unimportant...the reason I have Calvary Blue is the dealership had 4 and they offered me a deep discount (I wanted Silver)...the only color I would not take is black. ALL that being said - I would not spend any money changing my color interior...as I'm too cheap - but the brown is VERY nice, better if he could change the entire interior to brown!!

I really liked the factory Hickory interior but I see they took it away for 2020+ models. Was eyeing a 2019 DCSB Limited Blazing Blue with Hickory interior. SHARP truck but it sold right away. Good point about the jeans, I hadn't thought of that!

I have a 21' limited with the hickory interior. I wear blue jeans all the time in the truck. I had no idea how much dye (I am assuming its dye?) rubs off on the leather. Fortunately it came off with some leather cleaning wipes. The hickory interior is also a bit darker than what the OP went with, so it hides it pretty well.

I wasn't sure about the hickory at first, but I had black previously and wanted to try something different. It really grew on me.

 

Took 2 years but I had the center console, shifter, ebrake boot and steering wheel covered in the same Katzkin coffee leather. Took forever to find someone to do each piece. I'll post pics when the steering wheel is done in a week or two.

 

Amazing color..just wonder if the blue dye stains happen like it does with lighter color leather from blue jeans ?maybe , maybe not..I definitely wouldn't go with a lighter color due to the blue jean blue stains I've seen on lighter color leather seats..
