    I've never heard of a 100 watt ballast. I thought 55 watt was the highest you could get.

    He is probably talking about those 100watt halogen bulbs that they paint blue and call HID.

    ballasts dont melt housings...bulbs do!

    i've heard of 75w ballasts, but never 100w...i suggest you do some more research and know exactly what your talking about before you do HIDs.

    also, FYI, 300000k is NOT brighter than 4300k, just wanted to clear that up!!
