HID bulb replacement help

I had someone retrofit my Tacoma with HID about 5 years ago. A bulb burned out and I need a replacement. What can replace the attached pictures? They’re labeled XBH1. I can't seem to find anything on the morimoto website that is just a bulb to plug in.

 

It may only come with the ballast. Here’s a chart for reference. Hope that helps.

HIDs dim over time. Replace both.
