*SOLVED* Found a partially blown fuse. The fuse had blown, but the pieces were still touching completing the circuit. I'll have to buy a new one tomorrow.

    Hey TW,

So I'm swapping the stock Hella switch that came with my 700FF's with a AirOnBoard switch. For some reason, I cannot for the life of me get these lights to turn on. I hear an audible "click" coming from the engine bay when I hit the switch, but no lights. I tried it with the factory switch again and the same click. I checked the inline fuse and it's good. Any help would be great!

*edit- I've narrowed the click down the relay that came with the fog lights. Is it bad?

    Thanks!

HID's, LED Dash swap, LED reverse lights, 15"x10" 5 slot mags, sliding rear window, 20gal aux. DS fuel tank,
Check to see if you have power coming out of the relay when you engage it.

If yes, check the connections of the HID kit, especially where you grounded them to.

If not, check to make sure that you have a good connection from the battery.
-If you battery connection is good, the relay may be defective.
--If you assume the relay is defective, then check for any resistance in the relay.
---Apply power and ground to pins 2(85) and 1(86)
----Check for a connection using an ohm-reader across pins 3(30) and 5(87)
-----A good connection would be next to zero ohms, where as a bad connection would be very high ohms or open.

    Hope that helps you out.

Edit* The audible click is the relay's solenoid shifting in position. Completely normal, though some may be louder than others.

Also, try having your engine running since HID's struggle to ignite if you don't have enough voltage supplied to them.
