HID High beam help

Ok so i got this hid kit from dd tuning and got the hi/lo kit and i hooked it all up and my high beams won't turn. What the fix for this?

 

dose it come with a set of wire harness?
if do, did you hook up the red wire to the battery, and the black go to the ground?
if do that already, check the fuse.

 

I just bought an 2010 which seems to have some unknown brand of HID retrofit into OEM H4 socket base in stock halogen light housings. Low beam in strong white light, high beam just generates an unfocused very weak yellow beam. I will check as in above and read as many other related posts trying to learn HIDs and a new forum.
Anyways if anyone knows my problem help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Edit: read again. Don't think you're talking about projector retrofits. Just an hid kit in the stock reflectors. Correct?

 

I have an 02 and just ordered a kit from them was wondering if you figured out the issue just incase i run into this issue thanks for your time
