i recently ordered some 35w 5000k hid head lights and matching fogs and having some problems with them.
    1. when heads are on low beam the driver side is brighter than the passenger and than when i switch to high beam the lights switch driver goes to low and passenger goes to high. i tried contacting the company i got em from and they say they are operating properly that both lights move in when highs are activated and theres nothing they can do
    2. i have been trying to adjust the lights because right now passenger is shooting right and to the moon and the driver is shooting hard left and down. i have found the aiming thread on here and followed it and seems like the adjustment wheels are not engaged some how and i get now movement.
any ideas on what to do

First, it sounds like one of the headlight wires are switched. High is connected on the low beam wire, and the other way around.
