HID kit not working

    So i just bought this KENSUN 9003/HB2/H4 HID kit, i correctly installed it but didnt work, i tried first to change the polarity of the 3 wire harness plug that goes to the factory plug but still didnt work, i even called KENSUN for support and still no solution, also tried reversing polarity the ballast relay plugs still no luck. Any advise or idea? Thanks@
