HID/LED foglights

I've been looking around and ive decided that i want to change the orange foglights on my 2001 tacoma to white to match my 4300k HID headlights. Which would be the better choice? White LEDs or 4300k xenon white HIDs? Also, what kind of installation would go along with the HID's? Would it more ballasts like the headlights?

 

Get 43k HIDs. And yes it will require a ballast. All true HIDs require a ballast for each bulb

Get the blazer fog light kit with projectors.

 

Those are your turn signals...1st gens don't come with fogs

Unless he ment that he wanted some "switchback" LEDs that are white the turn orange when the turn signals are activated lol (like my sig)

 

i plan on buying 5k switchbacks for my blinkers but by foglights for my 1st gen, i meant the corner lights. theyre not blinkers so i assumed that they were fog. i could wire them to be blinkers. just gettin other opinions
