    Hi everyone,

wanted to see if anyone has pics of what lights they have. I currently have 6K HID's and wanted to go to 5K or 4300 to have more white/brighter. Also i know the the fog lights are a H11- does anyone know off the top what the headlights are? oh- this is for a 2013 Tacoma

thanks for quick reply. I installed the 4300K on fogs and currently have 6K on headlights. Ill take pic in a bit. The guy told me 4300 has the highest output yet 5 and 6K can look brighter? I'm currently looking on Amazon- might get 5K. I know this all preference just trying to get others opinions.

To my knowledge the numbers denote the color of the bulb output. Not sure if a higher number means brighter. To me I see better with the 4300k

The higher the KELVIN, the less lumens....... thats why REAL OEM projectors come with 4300K.... cuz they know blue doesnt mean brighter, works like shit in rain and fog.... and blue also fatigues the human eye.......... glare on

HID bulbs NEED to be in a projector housing, NOT a reflector housing designed for halogen bulbs. There's a ton of information on this site about why. I'm too tired to dive into it right now, but long story short you are getting less focused light patterns with HIDs in halogen housings. Not to mention you infuriate every other driver on the road at night.
