I am in the process of installing my HID's can anybody post some pictures of how you ran the wire harness and where might be a good spot to mount the ballast?

I don't believe I have the gatling 2.0's I thought I had the original gatlings but I can't get the shrouds to even reach the housing over the projectors. Anyone installed gatlings that had this issue?

this is what I'm talking about, not sure if you can tell but there is about a half inch gap maybe more between the end of the shrouds and the headlight housings... Can't get it any further over the projectors...

with the gatling shrouds do they just slide over the projector and attach to the reflector bowl cause mine fit like the ones above also.

Here's another picture I don't know if this helps at all... tmectaco is this the same problem you're having but in a 2nd gen housing?

edit: It's hard to tell but there is a large gap between the shroud/housing. . . Trimming doesn't appear to be an option because of where the projector is hitting the shroud. Either I'm missing something and doing it completely wrong or I got the wrong projectors or need new shrouds or something.

Those appear to be the original Gatlings... But I haven't taken mine apart yet so stuff like this makes me nervous.

Looking at mine it kinda seems like the groves in the shroud need to be bigger so they slide over the black plastic that hold the projector lens in.

My gatling shrouds don't even cover all of the projector housing. I can see the bottom corners of the projector housings.

nvm it looks like it is normal from the other retro pictures I saw.

try dremeling the inner collar part it may be hitting the four screws that hold the lens on so may have to notch the shroud a little , maybe? i have apollos and they fit good w/o trimming

I am having some trouble trying to figure out where to rout the wire harness that came with the kit and where to mount it. Would anybody happen to have some pictures of how you mounted the ballasts and harness and routed the wires? any help is appreciated

    Thanks
