Throwing this out there for some help. I've installed a few setups with no probs, but this one has got me. Tried installing a kit today in my dad's truck. Driver's side works fine, passenger side doesn't work at all. Have tried all the iterations of new bulbs and ballast to no avail. I'm thinking it might be a bad wiring harness. Am I wrong?

humanoid, i know this is basic info but double check the grounds and make sure the male connector going into the ballast is plugged in the correct way. (this connection can sometimes mistakenly be plugged in the wrong way.) If you still are having the problem swap the good side to the bad side and see if still no luck that way I can know exactly what the problem is i.e. harness, ballast or bulb and I will get you a warranty replacement shipped out asap! :)

Are anybody else still waiting for there kits?? They should have all been delivered by now if not let me know and I can check on my end as well.

This is normal, the bulb needs to have a little movement in order for them to switch from low to high beam.

Wouldn't you know it the second I say anything about things being late it shows up within an hour of posting. Took about an hour to install, pretty easy and look great. Only one problem my wife was in my truck and noticed how much brighter my lights seemed. I had to confess. So when you fire up the next group buy I'll need a set of an 08 camery. :)

For the 110mm off road lights, is there any difference in field of view or range between the square and round?

I would say no because the lights will do what its suppose to do IE being a spot or a flood and it being the same size light like a 6" round or a 6" square and it also being a flood or beam that changes the angle view

Hey, Paul, the lights work now! My dad decided to take his truck to run a couple errands and POOF, both sides work now! Must have had a loose connection somewhere.

Hey Paul, I know my order was a bit different than the members here and your customer service has been the best. However on my kit, I noticed that bulb looks used. I tried cleaning it with an alcohol pad but those scratches are on there good.

Sorry to bump up this thread.

Paul, this H11 kit that I bought from you does not fit. As I mentioned prior to ordering, the bulb has to be 90 degrees or small enough to fit inside the dust cover. Since it's a straight twist in bulb, it hits the back of the dust cover and leaves about a 1/4 of inch gap and won't clip in.

To be honest, I'm not too happy with the quality of this kit. The bulb looks used, the power and ground connectors are not good and doesn't fit my motorcycle. I was expecting an OEM type connector but these come right out.

You have been great in customer service and the Tacoma HID that my buddy bought he seems happey with. I would like to return this product. If we need to continue via PM, please PM me.
