I'm still undecided if I should get the fog's too. Any advice?

I think I could probably do without them but I'm not sure what it will look like (when looking at the front of my truck). They'll be two different types of light with two different shades of light output.

Wish I could see a picture of a truck with stock fogs and HID heads.

I guess if you have the money to do the fogs as well then I would suggest doing them. Only reason is because most people that do the headlights and not the fogs come back for the fogs and say they should have done them at the same time lol. But its totally personal preference as well. If you want HID for the heads and fogs to be stock then that is cool too. Hope this helps.. :)

    oil change...
either the same as your headlights or 3000k
the 6k headlights with the 3k fogs make a nice contrast and work pretty well together

I agree with Keason1... Either match the heads or do 3k yellow.

OK, I want the fogs too. I drive a lot of back roads and have the 'anytime fog light' modification. So I can light up the world with my highs and fogs on at the same time.

I see some recommendations for the 3,000 fogs but I don't even see that offered in the initial post. Also, will that be yellow tinted?

If I went with 6,000 heads and fogs, they will match...correct? If so, that is the direction I think I should go. I don't want two different colors up there.

Yup if you go 6k for both heads and fogs you will be matched up nicely. :)

This may have already been covered, but what is the main significant difference between these HIDs and DDM HIDs?

Im wondering the same exact thing. I would be more inclined to purchase these if I knew how much they cost originally and if there were some solid reasons why these are better than the ones that are less than half of the cost.

There are numerous people that recommend both sets of lights, so it's really just personal preference. Both have lifetime warranties (I believe slim's do) and they aren't cheap Japanese made Xenons that some guy is selling on eBay. Go with whichever one you wish.

Yes. Go look at the "Pics of Bulbs Lit up" Link in the first post of this thread and you can view 6000K vs 3000K.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but is a "kit" one headlight or the pair. I'm guessing just one light but not sure. Sorry, never bought these before. Thanks!
