I will place all of our orders on the 24th. It usually takes 2-4 days for me to get the shipment. Once I get them I will ship out the same day and that is 2-3 day Priority Mail. (If you are Canada it usually takes about 5-6 days from me)

Hey Slim, I just added fog lamps (non-factory) and I did all the wiring myself. If I buy your kit for head lights and fog lamps, will it work on my non-factory fog lamps?

As long as you know what type of bulb the fog lights use I don't see it being a problem. :)

I would say either 4300K or 6000K those are the two that most people get. 4300K is more of a white color no blue (like stock audi a4 xenons) and the 6000K is more of a white color with a light tint of blue (like newer xenons on Escalades etc.)

the difference is literally like night and day. I have HIDs on all my vehicles. Even my parents car I installed HIDs. From my experince, you notice things on the road better. The reflectors on the road and the signs pop out. As far as side by side comparisons. You can see the difference everytime you drive at night. Try and notice the cars coming at you on the other side of the freeway. You will spot right away the cars that have HIDs installed or OEM. The other headlights will appear tannish in color.

Damn slim, I just forked out $400 for a great buy on a used Warn winch so looks like I'm out for this GB. Whenever you manage to do another one I'll be in for sure though! Right now a winch is a little more important for getting unstuck when wheeling and some work I have to do in the next few weeks. I just couldn't pass up the deal I found either.

    Hey Slim/Everybody.

I took part in Slim's last Group buy and to all of you thinking about it, i HIGHLY recommend it. Slim is great to work with, and fast shipping as well.

I bought two 8000K kits (one for the headlights Slim Ballast BiXenon, one for the Fogs Slim ballast) And i LOVE them, i have not had a SINGLE problem with them. I go to the Baja off road races a few times a year and these lights light everything up & have not failed me at all.

From what ive seen: (Just my observation)
The 6k is bright white light with a hint of blue.
The 8K are SLIGHTLY(& i mean SLIGHT) less bright with a deffinete hint of blue. (exactly what i wanted)
    The 10K are BLUE
The 12K are BLUE going for purple

It took me about 1hr to install both the headlights & Fogs with no experience with HID kits before. Highly recommended! These are not cheap kits! Pictures do not do the brightness and color any justice.

P.S: Slim, i know i had said i would take pictures of my truck before and after the install to provide to you so you could use them for future GB but i never found my camera. I'll see if i can take a picture of my truck this afternoon.

The kit for your headlights comes with instructions, wiring harness, 2 xenon bulbs, 2 ballasts, and zip ties. For the fog lights it comes with all of the above but no wiring harness.
