So I'm going to be putting on the hidden light bar here in the near future.

What's everyone running? Yellow or white?

I have been thinking about doing the same thing in yellow, what size are you getting? It’s like 32 inches?

Yellow for visibility in damp weather, or white for visibility in clear weather.

Or, amber for maximum bro points.

I have the diode dynamics SS3 Sport in white. I want to upgrade to the pro. Still thinking of staying with white for the dogs. Like the way they look on the truck.

White looks good, but yellow is more functional for fog, rain, etc. Probably anything from Diode Dynamics is a massive upgrade from stock, though.

If you want to upgrade the ss3 fogs skip the Pro and go Max.
I had the Pros and the cutoff lines aren't as sharp as the Sport or Pro model. People would flash their high beams at me all the time.
Now I have the Max model and drive with them on quiet often with no one getting upset.

If you ever drive in fog, snow, rain, or dust go with amber, amber gives you way more visibility over white

    Not amber. Yellow.

Fully agreed on the rest of your post!

After running diodes hidden bar in a "selective yellow" combo pattern it was honestly a waste. Unless it's all driving/spot you lose a ton of light behind the bumper. After u cut the grille and made my one brackets to push it out of the bumper was it worth while. Also swapped the flood pattern to sae fog, that is how the light should be sold.
But really fog lights and ditch lights are the best combo to round out base lighting. DD sport or max for the fogs BD squadron pros in combo white is a solid all around set up that is useful.
I don't have a picture of before I pushed the light out of the bumper but this is the combo next to ss3 pro fogs.
