    No. All of the strobes I see on vehicles are on diesel trucks (F250, etc) that pull large trailers or city/construction workers who might be doing some funky driving and stopping to look at projects. If I saw a dude in a Tacoma cruising down the road with strobes on of any color, there are jokes and laughter coming your way. A few weeks ago, I saw some gangstas in a tinted, white crown vic cruising down the highway turning green strobes on and off. It was the only time I wished I was at work so they could meet a real police car.
