I generally think the projectors with halos and LEDs look cheap and not good. Hals belong on bimmers and LEDs are Audi. Just do the bhlm.

aftermarket projectors, or an OEM projector retrofit? if the former, do a BHLM on OEM lights and call it a day...but many will disagree w/ me...but check out my sig for output pics...cant deny it!

    Check Yosh's sig!

It was the same idea as the BHLM, but I painted more pieces. On top of that you have to add in the projector retro, which is the hard part.

FX-R Projector Retrofit with Apollo Shrouds, Digital HID 55 watt ballasts, D2S Philips 85122+ bulbs in the Winter and Digital HID 55w 5k bulbs in the summer, Bakflip G2, Pop N Lock, Tint, Grillcraft with PIAAs behind it, ScanguageII and a few audio/video upgrades.
Pretty much any bi-xenon projector of your choice will work. The shroud is up to you and how you want the finished product to look. Many of us used the FX-R projectors because they are affordable and their output is comparable to the best projectors on the market.

is the only thing the FX-R projector come in is clear? is clear just mean the housing and not the projector itself? Does anyone know the diff. between the fx-r and the trs fx-r?
