    how much trouble is to convert to HID's in my first gen?
    really want to do this, the stock bulbs just are awful. i cant see a thing!
    any help would be appreciated!

    Yea DDM tuning is pretty cheap too. other companies try to rape you for HID kits.
    go for 6000k bulbs.. bright white. the higher the number the farther away from white it gets.

    That was my concern also. More concerned over the leakin housing more than anything. i guess you could use clear 100% silicone?

    piece of cake. 250 degrees for 10minutes. its that easy. i didn't even use extra gasket material. no leaks after several car washes. seems like you are set in a drop in kit. good luck with that. make sure to read all you can about ddm in the vendor review section
