High amp alternator SOLD

250amp alternator, bought it thinking I was going to overland. never used it and didn't want to rewire for it. $195 shipped within the US.

You need bigger feeders to be safe. Stock output is like 130 amp I believe.

 

You'll need to do a wire kit upgrade. See link below. When increasing power to the vehicle you need the correct wire size to be able to handle the power. Your stock wires can overheat and burn if too much power is introduced.

Actually, you would just pop the main fuse, which is kinda a pain to replace
