The high beam logo on my instrument panel is not working even after changing the bulb.
I like to use my bright lights when I'm driving home because I live in the country and I really have to watch for deer running across the street then i end up forgetting their on and people will be flashing their lights at me because of it.
Also I have really bad OCD and any time something isn't working like that it drives me crazy

I guess it's possible the bulb burnt out in the instrument panel? It isn't terribly hard to tear the dash apart and pull that out if you want to give it a go. There are a few guides on here showing how it's done, and you could replace the bulbs in there with the same thing or LEDs if you want.

Oh weird, no idea then. Loose wire or connection somewhere between the light stalk on the wheel and the instrument panel :/ Sorry I can't be helpful but I'm curious to see what it ends up being

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
    A open circuit someplace.

Before installing did you check the bulb?

Quality is slipping like in many parts.

Did you confirm the LED polarity was correct before buttoning up the instrument cluster? If the bulb is oriented the wrong way -- and they almost always are the first time for some reason -- it won't work. Try reversing the LED bulb.

Double check your hi-beam lamp by inserting in a known working lamp connector on the gauge cluster rear PCB. That will at least eliminate a chance of faulty lamp, thus cutting troubleshooting problem in half - divide and conquer. If that's not the problem than study this! Are you using halogen or LED headlight bulbs?
