The headlights in our trucks use a switched neutral. The 12v+ comes in on the common side of the plug, and the low and high beams are switched to ground. For my HID relay harness what I did was take the low beam wire and use that as the coil ground on the relay, 85, and use the common wire as the positive side of the coil, pin 86. The HIDs don't need a lot of juice for the high beam, as it's only triggering the solenoid in the projector for the high beam, but I used the relay in the harness anyways. This lets the stock lights shut off to work the same, when you take the keys out of the ignition and open the door, the HIDs will shut off, like stock.

Then I took the high beam wire on the stock plug and used that to feed the negative side of the coil for the light bar, and my switch in the dash switches the ground to the coil, so my light bar only comes on with the high beams.

In my setup, I have a separate harness for the HIDs, and my 6 relay kit will be for all the other stuff I wanna control, fogs, light bar, backup lights, etc.

    Hope this helps.
