I have an issue with my truck-2000 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner 2WD 2.7L 121K miles. After it warms up it is idling way to high around 1500 RPM and staying there. It's driving me crazy i've read forum after forum

    I've done the following:

    Cleaned MAF
    Changed TPS
Checked for a vacuum leak too many times to count.Visually and W/Carb cleaner
    Changed the EGR valve
    Changed Both O2 sensors
    Throttle cables not too tight
Seafoamed a Vacuum Line coming off the brake booster.
Plan on cleaning the Throttle Body this weekend.
All thats left is the IACV I can think of.
    Ideas???

    ^^^^^^^, or the IACV itself.
Has you mileage dropped? If it thinks the engine is not warm, it will give it a lot more gas than it needs. Oh, saying that makes me wonder if your thermostat is good. Maybe your engine is actually not getting up to the proper temp. Where is your temp gauge reading?
