Before changing spark plugs, fuel filter, seafoam, and cleaning the maf/tb it idled around 800 in park and 500 in drive. Now after all that it idles around 1300-1400 in park and 750-800 in drive. I was thinking a vacuum leak or something but i cant find any. Ive unplugged the battery so itd reset the ecu but that didnt help either. Any ideas?

Did you clean the IAC? Maybe some gunk from cleaning the TB got in it?

I've had that before double check all your vacuum lines and if they all look good then drive the car for a couple weeks and it should go back to normal, I removed the efi fuse for a bit too while cleaning

    Normal.

    You cleaned the TB.
There was gunk built up around the edge of the butterfly and the bore.
    You removed that.
There is now more space between the butterfly and the bore.
The ECU will adjust after a few days and it relearns the idle trims.
