If it helps you sleep better at night - use the High Mileage Motor Oil.

Some of us have put 300K/400K on a lot of vehicles using plain Jane motor oil.

195,000 on my 05 2 nd gen. Started Royal purple at 125,000 quiet as a mouse, plenty of low end still. I will never change. Full synthetics gig in the market is the additives, condition seals, help fight sludge ect.. if you have a piece of shit run low viscosity, it helps protect old worn out parts. If you're stuffs in great shape, keep it that way and run a high mileage full synthetic if you can afford it. Amsoil, mobile one, redline, royal purple. All good stuff.

I’ve never used High Mileage oil.

The most mileage I’ve had on a vehicle was like 205,000 miles.
That’s not high mileage to me.

    none yet
the Mobil 1 high mileage is the same price as the regular Mobil 1 so if there are free additives in there to help condition the seals in the engine I say why not? I wouldn't pay more for it but at the same price as regular Mobil 1 then I am fine with it. I've been using it on my other cars without issue.
