high performance fog light option worth it?

Diode dynamics SS3s all the way I just put a set in my tundra. as right now installing some on my buddies Tacoma. Graveyard shift downtime is a great Time to do some modding. Here a pic on my tundra I can get pics on his Tacoma here soon.

I have the Tundra LED fogs which I think are now the upgrade option you are speaking of. I really like them, I paid $110 for them from my local dealer.

I love my KC Gravity G4s. The color is more amber and in my opinion looks great and illuminates the shoulders of the road better. Bit pricy.

SS3s are awesome though and probably the way to go for you.

that Fog beam pattern is right where is should be, on the ground in front of the truck, not the Cheap Chinese blinding lights they sell on Alibaba and then get rebranded by middle men that slap on a cool name and sticker

As long as you're not using the cali crap on the rode then buy whatever you want, but why not recommend someone buy something that you can use both on and offroad now that there are a lot more options?

That would mean that any lamp that doesn't have a fog pattern is inherently low performance.
