I would use fog lights for their intended purpose in bad weather.
Being a vol. Fire.police on certain scenes like looking for a down powerline at night my town has zero street lights and alot of twisty back country roads.
Its still new in box but I have a 52" curved light bar thats flood in white but also has warning lights as well that i do plan to use as in very specific instances I am allowes to use such when looking for a danger as such. I do keep in mind for oncoming traffic as well as I dont need an accident on top of that but also added scene lighting for when a wrecker is out at times also helps them see.
I do also plan to add offroad.lights that use the bracket off the hood hinge mounts as well for when camping and on my property out in the woods as well as when needed for extra scene lighting.

Here's a link to the post in the KC thread.

KC | LED Fog Lights (Universal & Tacoma specific versions)

They're very much an amber color similar to parking lights on SR5s. Not yellow. I like the definition they provide on the shoulders of the road. Helps a lot on windy snow covered PA roads.

Really depends on what you want out of your lights. Looks, functionality, etc.... I stand behind @Baja Designs products. I have their pods in my front and rear bumper. Light up the trails really well. Just keep in mind what lights are and aren't street legal which brings me back to my main point of what you want out of your lights. Here's a front shot of my baja pods

Currently deployed overseas, don't have any pics of the rears sorry. I'm supposed to be heading home any day now but who knows with all this corona virus and stop movements going on. If you were wondering I'm running SKU: 547803 in the rear and SKU:587815 in the front if you wanted to look them up. Let me know if your interested I can get you discounted pricing on all their products.

Thank you for your service :hattip:
Edit: I have the KC G4's in amber as well. I LOVE these fogs. They are as someone mentioned, actually amber, and not yellow. Great cutoff and illuminate down low and the shoulder perfectly. They are adjustable also which is a plus!

Caliraised lights are just chinese Amazon lights with good marketing. they arent very bright and they have been raising their prices like crazy so arent worth it.

Exactly what this guy said! CaliRaised is source chinese lights and using really good adverts and marketing to make them seem better than they are... but they arent very good and you'd be better off spending $30 on Amazon lights rather than the $140 on caliraised..... dont be fooled by instagram ads

this goes for a lot of US based marketeers, they buy Chinese lights for pennies on the dollar(you get what you pay for) add a slick sticker and bump the price 10 fold and make a nice profit, im not knocking it but people should be informed on exactly where the product comes from and its quality and if its legal to use on the road.
